Mayor Michael Angelo Sestoso was born on April 03, 1967 at Cebu City to parents Eusebio Sestoso and Victoria Antig Sestoso.

He married Violeta Duran Sestoso and has two children namely, Mikho Angelo Niño Sestoso and Jan Michael Sestoso.
